Current Employee I've been with Adobe in varying roles for nearly 4 years. On the whole Adobe is a great place to work with a lot of opportunity and truly great people. Customers are not as excited about the Adobe solutions as they have been in the past and the opportunity to work with the exiting solutions and accounts are few and far between. While Adobe is a great place to work, the individual contributors are not set up for success. Quotas are designed to pay you less, solutions are not all supported the same, and strategic changes often impact the IC negatively. IF you land in the right spot, you will make a ton of money, if not, your pay will not be competitive with the market.
