Current Employee Adobe is not what it used to be. The products are under siege from competitors and management can't seem to figure things out beyond increasing the cost of the products. Very few people hitting quota so your OTE is effectively your cap here. They will likely see a lot of employee churn after their fiscal year, so it remains to be seen if that can be a catalyst for management to create a culture where sales people want to work. Currently, it does meet that standard.
