Solid employer that takes care of their employees with industry leading benefits. PMF is low outside of largest ENT customers and GTM changes annually which detracts from CX and declining retention.

I loved my time at Adobe, but they generally under pay sales reps. If you leave, get a pay bump, and "boomerang" back you should get a pay increase, if you can get on board. I felt victimized by the corporate D&I policy, as I am a white male and not given as many opportunities as female/minority/LGBT folks.
