Great place to learn if you're just getting into SaaS. Market is saturated and competitors frequently undercut our prices. Culture is solid and people are generally nice and welcoming.

My overall experience at Aircall was good. It's a great starting point to become an AE and gain first closing experiences. Prospection is becoming more and more important, so if you have an outbound mindset, this job is right for you!

My overall experience was not great at the company. There is no room for growth and constant changes in management and goals. There is a lot of favouritism and promotions are mainly based on who you are friends with and not your results or skills. The base salary is also very low and stays the same even if you are promoted.
