Former Employee1.0Apr 10, 2025If I could give less than one star, I would. Chaos, poor leadership, and a complete lack of support. From the day I started, it was clear that this company is far more interested in micromanaging metrics than investing in its people or product. Avoid at ALL COSTS!

Current Employee2.1Jun 14, 2024My overall experience was not great at the company. There is no room for growth and constant changes in management and goals. There is a lot of favouritism and promotions are mainly based on who you are friends with and not your results or skills. The base salary is also very low and stays the same even if you are promoted.

The company values have not been mentioned in over a year, and all we hear in the Monthly Reviews is "efficiency" and "push". Overall, great place to learn and get started, but a good basketball analogy would be that Aircall is playing in the NBA with a High School coach and a College League...Read More
