Compensation is competitive, but benefits are lacking. Product is not viewed as a market leader by Gartner / Forrester. Strategic direction of the organization is a bit cloudy and has seemingly changed once or twice over the last few years. If you're a seasoned seller and can prospect, you should be able to find some success. Newbies beware.

The company has been in the market for 20 years with multiple changes to the way they position themselves. Recently lots of layoffs. The product is hard to sell as it is "nice to have" and not a must. Inbound is nonexistent.
