The company has been in the market for 20 years with multiple changes to the way they position themselves. Recently lots of layoffs. The product is hard to sell as it is "nice to have" and not a must. Inbound is nonexistent.

No one hits quota, its impossible to make any money as a BDR. There is no growth, too; the product is very, very niche.
