Current Employee I sit within Wondery, the podcast company part of Amazon. The team plays favorites, does not support it's team, does not remove barriers to succeed and far over hired sales reps in 2023. The majority of the team is at 20% attainment for the year (as we head into Q4). The CEO labeled our inventory constraints an "inventory crisis" and there is very little available inventory to sell. Overall this team and organization are a mess. Former Employee Good overall experience but after initial signing bonus pay takes a dip Former Employee Great! I really enjoyed my role and also my management...I recommend!!
