Current Employee Currently in Amazon's Brand Protection Business Dev Team. Great team to work with, but overall solution is currently slow to adopt new technology or customer needs. Deal flow is slowing with many brands finding solution currently not able to meet their needs. Path to promotion is heavily bureaucratic considering Amazon's path to promotion with writing docs and forcing people to take on work outside their scope to "offer impact". My initial team, manager and my clients are the only things currently keeping me here considering that their is no "commission structure" and Amazon stock continuing to grow.
