Current Employee2.4Feb 26, 2025Like goose eggs, not very exciting, leadership was annoying, hard to deal with and overall satisfaction was low. Amazon is a great company and the people are smart. It all depends on how you actually fit in with everyone that will either set you up for success or not.

The only negative I have is there is not a great opportunity to increase your compensation within this role.
