Tenured Amazonian leaders with no B2B experience + Amazonian leadership culture lacks training leaders how to manage instead create a bias ranking system to cull bottom performers annually, creates a toxic environment of what Day 2 looks like, they’ll eventually get it right and continue to dominate but do so with toxic culture and not so great compensation, but great people in the company though, makes it all worth it.
