front line leaders are good but second and third line leadership in sales is clueless. Promotions are impossible to come by these days as the bar keeps getting raised. They also change the comp plans every year to reduce sales incentives. No club, no in person SKO or kickoffs, frugality across the board. this place does not value sales talent
