The actual selling of AWS is about as easy as can be, targets are high but you're selling the most used cloud technology in the world. My only complaints have to do with very, very poor leadership and a capped commission structure.

Poor culture, great pay. You will be worked to the bone and work/life balance is non-existent but those quarterly commission checks will keep you coming back.

Pros: Product is best in business, provides opportunity to be very consultative, and opportunity to earn a lot + stock. Cons: Expect constant organizational shifts, manager changes, your goals to change mid-year, lack of development and training, and to be siloed from team/management.
