I'm assuming AWS pays well in comparison to other companies in the industry. However, recent macroeconomic events have negatively effected compensation, especially equity grants.

Overall well structured organization with strong product. Culture became much worse in the last few years and compensation much worse as well. Quota is set too high and base is too low.
