Former Employee3.3Aug 6, 2024Moved to an older sales part of the organization. Great leaders on paper, but many lack EQ. A lot of fire alarms take time away from customer engagements. Lack of investment in sales intelligence tools makes managing 300+ accounts very difficult. It is great pay, but it is very easy to reach burnout.

Current Employee2.1Dec 12, 2023Management has chosen to lower the bar for new hires. Those same managers are hiring at a lower bar and a higher level than existing reps.. The bar lowering hiring strategy has created a sales organization where five years ago everyone you worked with was extremely sharp, to 2023 where new hires wouldn’t be qualified had we interviewed them in 2018.
