Great experience, no end-of-quarter/year pressure compared to companies selling licenses, solution sells quite easily especially with "engaged", Quotas are generally achievable (between +20% and 30% growth required), with even the worst sales achieving 85%. There's a strong company culture that's ingrained at all levels.

Team is performing well but leadership has set unrealistic goals for the market. Account is achieving 30YoY growth and still missing our number. Leadership wants people out so they are forcing them out through attrition.
