Amazing, and pay could be higher, promotions could be faster for some. Under performers could be repurposed faster. Incentives could be better.

Overall, quota attainment has been fairly high on the team however targets for 2024 grew between 130% to 250% for some teams despite no changes to enable additional attainment and new applicants should be extremely wary looking at historical attainment here.
