It’s overall a great place to work in the right role. However the incentive structure has gotten worse over the past year and most people took pay cuts. Still a very attainable quota and solid WLB.

No work life balance. Very political, if you get along with the right people you move up otherwise no growth. Promotions are not based on merit.

The people are great to work with, however it's a large company so there are many ppl/teams for each program. This can delay sales cycles or add confusion. Overall the base pay is very competitive and the OTE is some of best I have seen in sales
