Overall, the organization provides a path for AE to hit goal. There are severe challenges with account ownership, sales data, and revenue attainment that require a lot of manual research to ensure that you are paid correctly. There are impending changes to team structure and account coverage that could either be positive or negative. The overall impact of these changes won’t be reasonably measured until the end of fiscal year 24.

Most sales team members and leaders under Matt Garman say the feel they are in prison hoping to be freed one day. VPs at Amazon are referred to with colorful language for how rude they are. The common phrase used in the company is “any day I don’t get yelled at is a good day”. Culture sucks, avoid at all costs.
