Great product and leading cloud market. Culture has totally shifted over last few years, no longer as customer obsessed, innovative (on sales front), and no emphasis on career progression or training. Hit your KPI's and numbers and you'll be good, but know you will just be a number here and burn and churn culture is more prevalent then ever.

Compensated very well for the role. High level of autonomy and I like the people I work with. They don’t train very well, so you’re expected to come in well prepared for the role. It can be very challenging and stressful, as all sales roles are.
