CSC Greenfield, expect more than 100% growth targets. All depends on accounts/ territory you are given. Lottery with winners and losers. Managers give better patch to their favorites and try to use them as own promo story. Many people are leaving to companies, where they will be heard. Only handful of people reach the promo. Rest will continue for 3 years and look for a new role at AWS or elsewhere. On the other hand, great sales school, pressure, challenges, busy life a great smart people.

Culture, comp, expectations all gone down significantly in the last 12 months. Huge focus on cost of sales that goes against LPs.

I experienced extreme racism. I made decent money with tons of pressure. Constant change, lack of transparency from leadership.
