Overall experience within AWS will greatly depend on your team, manager and personal ownership of unleveling yourself. Recently, myself and peers have felt like AWS has lost sight of the peculiar culture we all loved, causing many employees to checkout. If you're looking to sell the best cloud services available, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a non-political culture, support from top leadership and 5 days in-office, this is not the place for you.
