It all depends on accounts and patch. Some people hit some don’t, not sure how to elaborate on this but for my org most reps hit goal. There are ton of different sales orgs and verticals here and I can’t speak to the rest

Culture has taken a nosedive in the last 6-12 months. Used to be the best job I’ve had, now it’s pretty grim and miserable. Leadership needs to learn how to deal with the ups and downs of sales. Been great for several years but this economy is bringing people in at 70-90% attainment and leadership acts like it’s 10%……very poorly managed in the large segments.
