AWS is so large, it's almost meaningless to say you work here. It's all about the specific vertical you're in and whether there are still on prem to Cloud migrations left. In my case, there are none. So my attainment is almost entirely dependent on my customer's growth as a company, which is really frustrating because I can't really affect that.
