My overall experience is decent. Good pay, at least for the first two years with the bonus included. However, the many changes in leadership and accounts makes it hard to hit quota.

My experience there was phenomenal! Of course there is red tape but overall I felt I had control of my business and was really able to help customers, make great money, and not have much stress on the day-to-day. It is difficult to move into management, but being an IC was a great experience

AWS is in decline but I’ve had amazing years here in terms of benefits. Over achievement isn’t greatly rewarded but you can earn a steady pay check and RSUs regardless of your work rate.
