Inbound lead flow seems to be declining in my segment at AWS (Greenfield) and we’re running up against stiffer competition from Azure and GCP on the Gen AI front.

Good experience overall, although leadership has been changing in the lats year, and the "Day 0" culture (innovation, quirky, etc.) is changing to "Day 1" i.e. bringing lots of people from traditional dinosaurs. I guess this is expected as companies grow to massive sizes, and talent runs out.
