opportunity to earn a lot in commissions, but you need to put in the work and it takes time to see the results (I.e. 1-2 yrs+). However, those that have been there for a while have grown their networks and are making a decent living (with a good possibility of landing a whale that could earn you some real $$$)

Your experience will depend widely on the manager that you get. Because the departments can be severely silo’d it can be difficult if you don’t get along.
