As an SDR you’re given the opportunity to learn about the industry and develop your skills both internally and externally. A lot of changes, can be difficult to keep up sometimes.

The leadership was inconsistent and favoritism was rampant. The product was great but messaging and demonstrating product fit was painful and inefficient. Then Thoma Bravo came in and decimated the team primarily at the IC level.

There are essentially no inbound leads. Opportunities come from outbound prospecting or contract expansions.
