Current Employee Context for Rating:
I previously rated the incentive compensation structure 4 stars as I had a good experience with clear goals, achievable targets, and consistent commission payouts that aligned well with performance. However, I’ve rated it 3 stars this time because there have been some recent changes that slightly impacted that positive experience.
What changed:
The structure has become less predictable, with shifting quotas and less transparency around how certain bonuses are calculated. While the earning potential is still there, the lack of clarity and increased complexity have made it more difficult to forecast earnings and stay motivated.
