Current Employee2.3Apr 1, 2025Management has set up MBOs that are leading to lower morale and a culture of fear internally. A lot of fantastic leaders are moving to other companies because they are frustrated with their experience at Appian. Product is very hard to sell and has a lot of competition from huge players like Salesforce, servicenow and Microsoft

Current Employee2.3Dec 11, 2024Leadership keep changing, this year alone we had 3 CROs. Message to the market is confusing and varies every 2 quarters. The product is great but the company has very little capabilities to market it properly, pricing structure is favorable only to very large deals, starting with Appian for a new customer is overly expensive. Leads are non-existant.
