If you are looking to be a sales rep, look elsewhere. Maybe 25% hit quota and that's from upgrading existing enterprise customers. 90% of new reps do not close a new logo deal in their first 18 months. If you want to collect a salary check for 12 - 18 months before you get laid off, this is the place for you. Leadership is inept and the CEO/founder is overly involved in everything. 3 CROs in 3 Years.
