Former Employee Appian has a great product that applies well in the Public Sector and FSI verticals, but has very limited penetration outside of those sectors. It’s essentially a case management solution at its core, however the lines are blurred given it also has capabilities in which it needs to compete against other best of breed vendors.
It takes 6-12 months to fully understand what Appian is and its potential fit.
Executive leadership don’t appear to have a practical strategy for growth or GTM, and this lack of strategy flows down the organisation.
Appian tries to operate like a much larger business like ServiceNow or Salesforce, but simply doesn’t have the resources. Browse Other Reviews
