Company seems to get in its own way to kill deals more than any external factors. Is a great market fit, they’re just pricing themselves out of a lot of potential market share. Don’t even get started about the renewal policies.

Lots of turnover at the upper management level. Lower levels are relatively stable, commercial team has seen the biggest hit of layoffs. Public sector is the spot you want to be in here - specifically federal level.

If you are looking to be a sales rep, look elsewhere. Maybe 25% hit quota and that's from upgrading existing enterprise customers. 90% of new reps do not close a new logo deal in their first 18 months. If you want to collect a salary check for 12 - 18 months before you get laid off, this is the place for you. Leadership is inept and the CEO/founder is overly involved...Read More
