Current Employee This company has a great culture, a team of highly intelligent individuals, and a steady stream of deals with consistent and reliable commissions each month. The management and colleagues are excellent, providing ample opportunities for learning and professional growth. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Large Deal Clauses can potentially prevent payouts if you close a truly massive deal, and there are caps on commissions, limiting the potential for earning substantial money. I’m happy with it because my last job was feast or famine and I was tired of having all my eggs in 1 or 2 baskets. Here, deals are closing every day.
