Former Employee My overall experience was fine. Apple has a very strong culture but they also live in a bubble. They have very specific ways of working and doing things which has made them successful but aren't open to diversifying their leadership team in terms of experience. There are also very minimal growth opportunities unless you are ok with only making lateral moves. They have a lot of employees who have 10+ years worth of tenure because of the "golden handcuffs" so at times it breeds complacency. Everyone was kind and respectful but the company struggles to overcome adversity because they haven't had to face much.
