Current Employee Amazing job starting out the first 2 years but it slowly became degrading and soon enough too much micromanaging. My position is one that should not be micromanaged and it started to affect the position. On top of that, I slowly started to realize there was no more movement available to grow in my position as I had, in a retail level, reached the end of the career path unless I wanted to go back to regular “on the floor sales”.
