Team culture is great, the best I've worked in, except for executive leadership who recently pushed changes like company-wide salary cuts and mass demotions while gaslighting employees about this being a good thing. They currently also seem to prefer to hire from external big vendors rather than promote internally, I hope this changes.

There have been changes implemented with our comp plans. Accelerators have been introduced but they've been difficult to hit. Overall - great place to work, especially given tech consolidation motion most enterprises are going through. Atlassian is one of those platforms that enterprises can truly consolidate too.
