The SMB role in particular relies heavily on successfully self sourcing opps to hit your quota. Our quotas are around 200k with average deal sizes ranging between 5-13k. Our quota is based on an account launching a free trial, and we’re paid a percentage of the clients invoices. I wish our variable comp reflected a successful launch more since that’s what our quota is based on. management has actionable feedback, very inclusive culture, and 90%+ promotions in sales are internal. morale has been lower overall since org restructure in 2023.

Attentive is seriously on the decline—especially on the revenue side. They don’t treat people right, and there’s a clear lack of respect for employees. The vibe is off, and morale just keeps sinking.
