Current Employee Great people on the team, however going through a RIF and sadly good colleagues have departed. Product is strong but struggles still persist with driving multi-product adoption. Although historically an SMS platform, focus is shifting on pushing email hard due to competitive pressure. Not necessarily a bad thing as the product has developed a lot over the past year and is very competitive, however sales strategy is extremely inconsistent and poorly managed. REVOPS is even worse and territories are not balanced whatsoever, lots of duplicates, defunct businesses and poor fit accounts which shouldn’t even be focussed on, whilst other reps have an abundance of pipeline, whilst great fit accounts sit in their book of business untouched.
