Current Employee Enterprise sales is lead like IBM in the 1980s versus the rest of the company. We have 3 different softwares to forecast sales and don't use one to its complete ability. We still send our numbers to our leaders weekly via Slack/email. Every week there's a new fire drill and we take anonymous surveys, just for the group that was surveyed to sit around and be asked why they answered that way. Customers are losing because we can't co-term contracts and do not offer multi-year agreements. Enterprise leadership has old school leadership mentality and will not acclimate to new ways of achieving success. I cry every day. Browse Other Reviews
