Some good folks here, but there are new leaders that are moving the organization in the wrong direction. The market has quickly caught up to Avalara. There has been little upgrades to Avalara offerings in years. Extremely complex comp plan(s) that change frequently, that are less advantageous to sellers.

Quotas went down recently for the MM sales development org, allowing for higher attainment opportunities. However, each opportunity must now reach a further stage to be credited to the rep. Honestly a great improvement that rewards consistent top performers.

Great organization with a strong product market fit and a commitment to the account management org. Biggest challenge is improving poor customer experience, driven by overseas support and AMs not aligned to helping customers.
