Current Employee3.4Sep 18, 2025My overall experience was okay. Quota is unattainable for most of the teams and getting promoted is really hard. Inbound leads are bad 90% of the time and hitting KPIs is a bigger worry than hitting quota. The positives are that the base pay is higher than other companies and management won’t pip employees unless their KPIs are low, even if quota is not being met.
