My overall experience was okay. Quota is unattainable for most of the teams and getting promoted is really hard. Inbound leads are bad 90% of the time and hitting KPIs is a bigger worry than hitting quota. The positives are that the base pay is higher than other companies and management won’t pip employees unless their KPIs are low, even if quota is not being met.

Overall great experience. over the past year top company leadership seemed to focus too much on specific initiatives to look busy then quickly shift to another initiative without much direction
