Current Employee Environment is chaotic

Continual changes in process and approach
Core product is good
Takes way too many touches to get the basics of the job done. Most importantly filling out a few summary lines on all opportunities (half are leads) after any engagement or outbound.
Quarterly business with weekly / more frequent business
Old timers celebrating their excellence while the company makes gains
The investment in the tech stack for sales is no longer good… adds too many requirements/ nuances to do for basics role execution with very limited upside
