Former Employee The sales org at AvidXchange is essentially falling apart. From a couple of years ago to now there have been endless changes and two pay cuts/“comp restructures”. Any concerns fall to deaf ears and upper management is 100% disconnected, careless, and are running the org into the ground. There is a lot of recent turnover for a reason. I cannot stress enough how much I would STEER CLEAR of AvidXchange. Current Employee My experience has been hot and cold. Leadership is lack luster.
