Avid just sold for a reason. When I started working at Avid I was excited, big office, gym, and basketball court seemed like it was the real deal. I got in the office and from day 1 it was like I was back in High school, even Middle. We couldn't leave our desks from 8-11:59 and if we weren't back by 1 on the dot we were in trouble, then couldnt even think of leaving before 5 on any given day. The amenities? No chance of using or you were scolded. The day to day was even worse, 100 plus calls 70 plus emails a day while they let you hold onto like 3-400 accounts, do the math. You'll contact everybody in less than 2 weeks. Saturated market with a bad product on top of everything. The Managers are the worst I've ever had, they just hire everybody from SalesForce (the office in Charlotte that got dissolved so they all got let go). Truly wish I never took this role as it just set me back further in my career. Bad base pay even worse commission structure changed 4 times in the 2 years I was there. AVOID
