Great at first. New leadership since IPO has deteriorated morale over sales teams. Quotas continue to increase while average deal sizes decrease, making it more difficult to hit targets. Micro-management of sales org has increased significantly.

The sales org at AvidXchange is essentially falling apart. From a couple of years ago to now there have been endless changes and two pay cuts/“comp restructures”.
