This used to be a great place to work - new sales leadership has completely flipped that from the moment they brought in a new CRO. Focus is lost, company can’t develop new products or support existing solutions. New sales leadership is trying to turn it into salesforce when the market, product, and services provided by Avidxchange do not align whatsoever with an enterprise wide erp sale. You have people running the sales team that don’t know what the product does or the industry requirements.

Avid just sold for a reason. When I started working at Avid I was excited, big office, gym, and basketball court seemed like it was the real deal. I got in the office and from day 1 it was like I was back in High school, even Middle. We couldn't leave our desks from 8-11:59 and if we weren't back by 1 on the dot we were in trouble, then couldnt even think of leaving...Read More
