Current Employee4.0Jun 21, 2025Every year the quotas increase but the rates drop. This keeps OTE the same, but I’m being asked to go chase $4M more each year. That doesn’t feel right. Then it makes it tougher to hit accelerators over 100%, which is where you make the real money.

If you're in a hiring process, be sure to ask about recent quarterly quota attainment + YoY turnover the specific team you'd be joining.
