Former Employee Bad management, absolutely do not recommend anyone joining this organization. They will try to get you in the door during the interview phase. Once you join the team, ZERO training or support, managers are micro-management, Control-M team is obsessed with their narrow minded sales approaches, they will not listen to or acccept new ideas. Even if you are making your quota, sales lead and conversion. They can fire you (without any chance to improve yourself) if the management like it that way. Think 3-4 times before taking this risk.
